The Penguin’s 2007 Quality of Nightlife gauged the public’s satisfaction with Silver Spring’s music, theater and restaurant scenes. Participants were invited to leave suggestions in the “Holler back” section.
A total of 275 people responded to the survey, which was open to the public from Sep 10 through Sep 30, 2007.
