According to an email from Blairs management, the top dog was Casey the blood-sucking dachshund. The mixed-breed ladybug took second, and the pug with antlers took third. It's at the corner of Eastern and Portal. There are two doors, one off eastern, and one in the blairs community. Sometimes the street one is locked but typically it is not. I've never lived at the Blairs but we frequently brought our Eskie there to visit because there are so few dog parks in the area. @ Kathy J – I think Jen did an article on the dog park about a year or so ago.
