I’ve been a big fan of the turkey burger at Parkway.

Terry, during my first ever experience at Parkway, the waitress cautioned me against ordering the chicken noodle soup: “It’s too salty and the noodles are sloppy, baby.” She suggested I go with the matzo ball soup, because, “It’s basically the same thing, but good.” I’ve never looked back. You should try it sometime.

Ooooh, Parkway burgers are heavenly. I’m also a fan of their Delight sandwich, although it’s big enough for two people.

The chicken soup (I get the noodle kind, rather than the matzo ball, can’t stand matzo balls) is the BEST thing on the menu. When I’m feeling under the weather, I swing by Parkway and get a quart of chicken soup and it cures what ails me.

Breakfasts are great, as well. Those hashbrowns. OMG OMG OMG

This is an amazing public service you are performing Penguin. I’ve been to Parkway many, many times and never once thought about ordering a burger. That’s going to change. I look forward to the rest of this series!!

The pickles are very good — dill, sweet, tart, extra-tart, plus beets, olives and some other stuff.
