Feeling frisky from the pleasant weather, The Penguin tech crew decided to rearrange the virtual furniture.
Yep, they did it again — dropped in a new layout just to screw with the newsroom’s hive mind. But with half of Silver Spring at the shore, and the other half still sitting in Bay Bridge traffic, I figure no one will notice.
