Hate to see anybody go, but that&#039;s &quot;the marketplace.&quot;  I&#039;ve seen stores thrive in worse locations, if they had a loyal (and sufficiently large) clientele.</description>

		<description>My wife went to the new eyewear place, and seemed to like it. It was mostly the convenience factor, but the place is pretty nice inside. Hard to believe how quick they built it!</description>
