Monday. State dels. Hank Heller (D-19) and Jeff Waldstreicher (D-18) hook up at the Woodside United Methodist Church (8900 Georgia Ave) to discuss the future of Montgomery College’s art and design campus in Wheaton. The deal drops at 8:00 p.m.
Thursday. The planning board is all over Silver Spring for its weekly meeting. During the 9:00 a.m. session, it reviews plans for a proposed office tower above the City Place mall, and examines tweaks to the National Park Seminary condo project.
During the afternoon session, the Bonifant Plaza residential project wrestles with the Purple Line. The residential project planned for 814 Thayer Ave also steps to the plate.
