I currently live in Summit Hills but I always wished I had lived in Falkland Chase. I love those old garden apartment buildings and ample green space in the development. Plenty of room for people to walk their dogs. I don't think 1.5 acres of public space in nearly enough. I support the development of more rental units in downtown Silver Spring though. More apartment developments will mean rents will stabilize in DTSS. He confirmed that the Falkland Chase meeting will go down on <b>Thursday, Feb 22, at 7:30 p.m.</b> The meeting scheduled for tonight (Feb 21) is for the commercial and economic development committee. As a Falkland Chase resident who has felt quite neglected by Home Properties regarding their development plans, I would hate for people to miss a meeting.
