Starting next Monday, 23 restaurants in and around downtown Silver Spring dish up special menus at special prices. Lunch will run you $12, while dinner will cost either $22 or $30, depending on the restaurant. Reservations may be required at some spots. Click here for a complete list of participating restaurants, and don’t forget to wear something with an elastic waistband. Restaurant week runs through Sunday, Feb 11.
